RE:TETON TELECOM TARIFF ADVICE REPLACING ENTIRE TARIFF
WITH NEW TARIFF, TARIFF NO.
On September 1 2005, Teton Telecom submitted Tariff No. 2, a complete revision to its
tariff for local exchange service. This tariff revision effort was initiated in 2003 , and the
Company and Staff (Birdelle Brown) worked together to make the tariff language clearer. The
old tariff was essentially the US WEST tariff that was in effect at the time the exchange was
purchased, modified to reflect subsequent Commission decisions. This revision makes the
language consistent with that of the Company s parent operation, Silver Star Communications
and makes the tariff easier to understand and use. It does not include any changes to prices.
The Company requested an effective date of September 30, 2005.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission approve Teton Telecom Tariff No. 2.
