COMES NOW SUEZ Water Idaho Inc. ("SUEZ"),withthe concurrence of Eagle Water
Company, Inc., and pursuant to Commission Order 34292, provides the Commission and other
parties with this quarterly report on the current status of Case No. CV0l-19-03534 in the District
Court, Fourth Judicial District (the "District Court Case").
The Parties are involved in continuing mediation. There have been no changes in the
District Court's trial scheduling order. A ten day trial is scheduled to commence April 13,2021.
