BACKGROUND
On August 11 , 2002, Frontier filed its Tariff Advice Number ill-OS-OS seeking
Commission authority to introduce its new package offering to business customers. The new
package is called FrontierWorks Business Connections and provides business customers with a
variety of bundled packages from which to choose.
DISCUSSION
The Company will be offering its packages on a contractual basis over a one, two or three
year term. The customer may cancel its contract, without penalty, within 90 days if they are not
satisfied.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION
Staffhas reviewed this filing and the supporting cost studies. The Company appears
be recovering its costs and Staff recommends approval.
