Water pressure has been an ongoing problem for our household. We have called and gone in
personally and was told we probably had a leak. Well if that is the case the leak has the
ability to fix itself J since the problem comes and goes.
We do not feel keeping the surcharge will fix the water pressure problem as this does not
appear to be a priority with Eagle Water.
We have paid the surcharge already for several years and have had no improvements-why should
we belive this will change?
