ORDER
Pursuant to the Commission s Notice of Proposed Order, United Water Idaho Inc.
United Water ) respectfully submits the following Comments with respect to the Proposed
Order:
As correctly recited in the Proposed Order, United Water has both the capability and
willingness to provide potable water service to the Covenant Hill subdivision. Following
issuance of a Final Order and receipt of an appropriate water system drawing, United Water is
capable of promptly processing the developer s request for construction of the required facilities.
