On September 23, 2005, the Commission issued an Amended Notice of
Comment/Protest Deadline. The following change should be made to that Notice:

READS:
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that any person desiring to state a
written position on this Application and the Commission s use of Modified
Procedure may file a written comment in support or opposition with the
Commission. The eustomer deadline for filing written comments is
Tuesday, October 18, 2005. The Commission notes that Modified
Procedure and written comments have proven to be an effective means for
obtaining public input and participation.
