Comment:I listened to the testimony at the public hearing and it is obvious the failure of so many pumps in such a short
period of time was due to the company cutting corners,incompetency and equipment not up to code or modern
standards.
Currently water volume/pressure during the day is extremely low.There are 11 more homes to be built in Boekel
Estates,all of which will have to be on Diamond Bar Water.I wonder if the current system will be able to handle the
increase.
I urge the commission to require Turnipseed to update and or bring the system and equipment up to current standards
and codes at his expense before any rate increase is granted.
