Comment:Most people who live in Diamond Bar Estates are on a fixed income.I myself have not had a raise in 2 years.
The 79.9 percent raise is ridiculous.The home owners will never be able to keep up with the cost of water.We live on 5
acre parcels and have lawns and gardens,not to mention live stock.For the record I and my surrounding neighbors are
against any raise in water rates at this time.
