Comment:I strongly object to the 79.39%increase in water fees by the Diamond Bar Estates Water Co.If they have
been loosing money over the past several years,it would seem that good business practices would have been to have a
gradual step increase each year.They are trying to recoup all past losses in one year and profit for every future year.
Any excess profits will not be returned to us homeowners.Many residents in Diamond Bar Estates are elderly retirees
with very fixed incomes.My Social Security income got a ZERO increase for 2016.
