On December 28,2015,Diamond Bar Estates Water Company filed a general rate
case Application to increase its rates and charges for water service,effective February 1,2016.
The Commission issued a Notice of Application,Notice of Modified Procedure,and Order
suspending the effective date and setting a deadline of May 18,2016,for written comments.
Order No.33452.In February 2016,the Commission issued a Notice of Public Workshop,
which Commission Staff conducted on April 19,2016.This Notice sets out the public hearing in
this matter.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a public hearing
in this matter on TUESDAY,JUNE 7,2016 AT 7:00 P.M.AT LAKELAND HIGH
SCHOOL,7006 W.HIGHWAY 53,RATHDRUM,IDAHO.The purpose of the public
hearing is to take testimony from customers and other interested members of the public.
Testimony will be made part of the Commission’s formal record.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this matter will be held in
facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate
in or understand testimony and argument at the public hearing may ask the Commission to
provide such assistance.The request for assistance must be received at least five working days
before the hearing,by contacting the Commission Secretary at:
