On December 28,2015,Diamond Bar Estates Water Company filed a general rate
case Application to increase its rates and charges for water service,effective February 1,2016.
The Commission issued a Notice of Application,Notice of Modified Procedure,and Order
suspending the effective date and setting a deadline of May 18,2016,for written comments.
Order No.33452.In the Order,the Commission also directed Commission Staff to conduct a
public workshop in the affected service area.Id.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission Staff will hold a public
workshop for customers of Diamond Bar Estates Water Company on TUESDAY,APRIL 19,
2016 AT 7:00 P.M.AT THE RATHDRUM SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER,8037 WEST
MONTANA STREET,RATHDRUM,IDAHO.The purpose of the workshop is to provide
customers with an overview of the Application and to dispense information,as well as to
receive input from the public prior to the comment deadline.At this workshop,customers will
have an opportunity to ask Staff questions about the Application and how customers may
further participate in the proceeding.
