Diamond Bar Estates Water Company (the Company) has the following response
to the Addendum Comments of the Commission Staff.
The Company has operated Diamond Bar Estates Water Co since its inception of
1994. The Company's policy has always been and still is to put the customer first
in providing water service including the temporary usage of a private well when
the main well site was being worked on.
The Company realizes when in the business of providing a public product and
service, the risk in the business is lack of appreciation and recognition for the
quality of product and service.
The Company has and will continue to make the best decisions with the
information and resources available.
