IT IS HEREBY CERTIFICATED that the Public Convenience and Necessity
requires, and will require, Country Hills Utilities, its successors and assigns, 'to hold,
construct or otherwise acquire and to maintain and operate a water system in and supply
water to that certain territory in Bonneville County, Idaho more particularly described as:
The Country Club Hills and Holiday Hills subdivisions in Township
North Range 38 East, specifically S 1/2 of SE 1/4 see 21, E 1/2 of
NW 1/4 see 28, E 1/2 of see 28, SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 see 27, and
1/4 of SW 1/4 see 27.
And for such purpose to own, hold, construct or otherwise acquire and maintain and
operate within said territories all plant necessary for the maintenance of a water system
and the provision to its customers of water in, upon, over, under, along, through and
across all streets, avenues, alleys, streams, highways, roads and other public places in
said territory, and to exercise the rights and privileges granted, or which may hereafter
be granted Country Club Hills Utilities, its successors or assigns by any franchise
conferred by any political subdivision of the State of Idaho.
This Certificate is predicated upon and issued pursuant to the findings and
provision of Order No. 22982 issued the 23rd day of February, 1990 in Case No.
CCH-89-1 to which reference is hereby made.
