On March 22,2012,Country Club Hills Utilities,Inc.(“CCHU”or “Company”)filed
an Application requesting authority to increase its rates and charges for water service.On April
12,2012,the Commission issued a Notice of Application and suspended the Company’s
Application for a period of 30 days plus 5 months pursuant to Idaho Code §6 1-622.See Order
No.32518.Subsequently,Commission Staff (“Staff’)submitted requests for production of
documents and information pertaining to the Company’s Application and the Company filed
responses to Staffs production requests.
On August 8,2012,the Commission issued a Notice of Modified Procedure,
Intervention Deadline and Public Workshop.See Order No.32610.On August 21,2012,a
public workshop,hosted by Staff,regarding CCHU’s Application was held in Idaho Falls,Idaho.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will hold a public hearing for
the purpose of receiving public comment.The public hearing for CCHU customers will
commence on TUESDAY,SEPTEMBER 25,2012,AT 7:00 P.M.IN THE SOUTH ROOM
OF THE SKYLINE ACTIVITY CENTER,1575 N.SKYLINE,IDAHO FALLS.IDAHO.
At this meeting CCHU customers will have an opportunity to offer sworn testimony regarding
the Company’s Application to increase its rates and charges for water service.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings in this matter will be held in
facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate
in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to
provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.The request for assistance
must be received at least five (5)working days before the hearing by contacting the Commission

www.puc.idaho.gov by clicking on “File Room”and then “Water Cases.”It can also be viewed
during regular business hours at the Idaho Public Utilities Commission,472 W.Washington
Street,Boise,Idaho.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this case will be held
pursuant to the Commission’s jurisdiction under Title 61 of the Idaho Code,specifically
including Idaho Code §61-124,61-125,61-129,61-622,and 61-623.The Commission may
enter any final Order consistent with its authority under Title 61.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings will be conducted pursuant to the
Commission’s Rules of Procedure,IDAPA 3 1.01.01.000 ci seq.
