I have been a fortunate customer of Capitol Water since April. 1977. Over those years the
Rate Increase Requests the corporation made to the PUC have always been more than
reasonable, considering the 24/7 service they render for such a life sustaining product.

Please consider for approval the Rate Increase they have before you this year, one which
is most fair, and a continuing bargain for their customers.
