Comment: "While it is appreciated, and certainly fairly unusual for a utility to ask that their costs be reduced, the amount requested is so de minimis that it doesn’t seem worth it. I would
prefer to see Capitol Water keep the $.20 to .40 a month, and use the $7400 they would forgo to keep the quality of their service at the high level that it currently is. "
