) MINUTE ORDER
On June 23, 2009, the Commission issued Order No. 30850 authorizing Capitol
Water Corporation to increase its Schedule NO.3 by 1.45% effective July 1, 2009, subject to
refud. As set out in the Order, ths interim increase will allow Capitol Water to recover its
increased cost of electricity related to Idaho Power Company's recent increase in its Power Cost
Adjustment (PCA). See Order No. 30828.
On June 24, 2009, Capitol Water fied a new Schedule NO.3 in compliance with our
interim Order. The Commission Staff reports that the new tariff schedule comports with the
requirements of Order No. 30850.
Accordingly, we approve Capitol Water's tariff Schedule NO.3 submitted June 24,
2009. It shall become effective for service rendered on or after July 1,2009 (subject to refud).
