SURCHARGE ACCOUNT TO RETIRE A LOAN EARLY. CASE NO. CAP-03-
ERRATA TO ORDER NO. 29401
On December 30, 2003 , the Commission issued Final Order No. 29401. The
following change is made to that Order because the effective date of Capitol Water Corp.s new
tariffs that will be filed was inadvertently omitted. Accordingly, the following language is added
to Page 5 of the Ordering clauses and shall read:
IT IS FURTHER HEREBY ORDERED that Capitol Water s new
tariffs shall become effective for bills rendered on or after December 29.
