I understand that you received a copy of the Commission’s Order in the rate case. The Commission’s Procedural Rule 62 describes the format of documents to be filed at the Commission. In addition to serving any petition for reconsideration with the Commission Secretary (Myrna J. Walters, Idaho PUC, PO Box 83720, Boise, ID 83720-0074), the document must also be served upon the Company. I have enclosed Rules 62, 63, and 64 for your review. IDAPA 31.01.01.062-.064. Rules 331 through 333 discuss petitions for reconsideration. Rule 331 provides that petitions for reconsideration “must set forth specifically the ground or grounds why the petitioner contends that the order or rule is unreasonable, unlawful, erroneous or not in conformance with the law, and a statement of the nature in quantity of evidence or argument the petitioner will offer if reconsideration is granted.” IDAPA 31.01.01.331.01. Petitions for reconsideration must be received within 21 days of the service date of the Order. See Rule 331.04. The service date is in the upper right-hand corner of the Order. If you decide to file a petition for reconsideration, please provide the Commission Secretary with an original and seven copies. Sincerely yours, Donald L.
