RECURRING CHARGES

METERED WATER RATES

Monthly charge (including first 4,000 gallons) $17.50

Each additional 1,000 gallons $ 1.51

Monthly Customer surcharge $15.00

Per Order No. 32566, (BRN-W-12-01), the Company
is authorized to institute a monthly customer
surcharge to fund the production of a Preliminary
Engineering Report required by IDEQ. The time
period of the surcharge is not to exceed six months.
The Company is authorized to recover a total not to
exceed $4,000.

NOTE: Bills for water service will be issued monthly and are
payable within fifteen (15) days of the billing date.
