RE: Amended rate request
Sirs:
This is an amended rate increase request. The primar reason for the rate increase is
to pay for 'Nitrate Mitigation' as ordered by the DEQ. After looking for financing and talking
with the homeowners of the Brian Subdivision, it is understood that another $22.50 needs to be
added to the monthly base rate.
The additional $1000/mo. wil be used to pay the engineering fee and then pay for a
new, deeper well.
The effective date needs to be May 1,2012.
