1. Intest expens: Ths is an expens tht is totaly relate to the loan to cover capita
expenss of Brian Wate. My nae is on the loan simply as a "co-signer" as Brian Watr
doesn't have a credit rag on its own.
2. Water test: Every thee yea I have to do a whole batt of test to te for everg
from arenic to zic. The last tie was in De. of2004. The expe of over $2000 was
paid in 2005. Tota wate test expe for th th yea peod wa over $300.
Another se is due now.
3. Lowerg my reuest ba rate and increasing the consumption ra may be a wash.
However, if it encoures peple to conse then my saes will dec but my ex-
penss are the same (excet for some effec on power usage). It se to me $15.00
is cheap for basic water servce.
