Bitterroot contends that in the last 12 months the water system has been upgraded to maintain compliance with increasingly tougher government standards for water quality.   The company is not proposing an increase to its commodity charge of 75 cents for every 1,000 gallons consumed in excess of 15,000 gallons per month.   The commission may grant, deny or modify the revenue requirement requested by the company. Also at issue are all of the company’s rates and charges, its practices, rules, service, equipment, facilities and customer relations.   Comments are accepted through Nov. 16 via e-mail by accessing the commission’s homepage at http://www.puc.idaho.gov/www.puc.idaho.gov and clicking on "Comments & Questions." Fill in the case number (BIT-W-05-01) and enter your comments. Comments can also be mailed to P.O. Box 83720, Boise, ID 83720-0074 or faxed to (208) 334-3762.   A full text of the commission’s notice, along with other documents related to this case, are available on the commission’s Web site.
