Water pressure has dropped to 0 at times and the C12 residual is sometimes thereand sometimes not. I have been in the water buisness for about 10 years, And when modifications are made to the system the customers should be made aware .As for pressure dropping to 0 this could have created a backflow incident. The Owner/opperater did not notify my home regaring this matter which could have posed a health risk. If a system is required to Chlorinate its water there is a bacteria in the water times of testing . Then the water should maitain the residule. I have tested the water and it is not very consistant. I dont have a problem with increasing to meet real upgrades. I do however have a problem with such a dramatic jump. It is not the comunities fault that the Owner/Operator did not see this coming from 1999 'til 2005,May-be this was just bad management Concerned rate payer Mike Parker Transaction ID: 72905.Referred by: http: //www. puc. state. id. us/ scripts/polyform. dll/ipuc User Address: 216.255.216.
