NEWS RELEASE
Bar Circle "s" Water Corporation has filed an application with the Idaho Public Utilities
Commssion for authorization to borrow $55,000.00 to make improvement to the
Company's Water System. The improvements include a recording flow meter required
by the Idaho Deparent of Environmenta Quaity, proper abandonment and sealing of a
6" well that is no longer serviceable, and, the installation of electronic meter reading
equipment to improve effciency and accuracy of meter reading.
A copy of the Application is available for inspection at the.Idao Public Utilities
Commission, 472 W. Washigton St., Boise, Idao and is also available on-line at the
PUC website ww.puc.idaho.gov. A copy may be reviewed at the Company's offce at
2953 N. Governent Way in Coeurd'Alene. Refer to Case No. BCS-W-09-01.
