Bar Circle "S" Water Company filed an Application with the I ~dJ~lŠSION
Utilties Commission on November 19,2008 to expand its service area to include the new
Double T Estates subdivision proposed for the area nort and east of the intersection of
Ramsey Road and Ohio Match Road. If approved, the expanded servce area will
eventually add 47 residential customers to the water system. The Company curently has
the abilty to serve these customers without adding additiona wells or reservoirs.
Constrction costs of the system expanion will be paid by the subdivision developer and
therefore will have no adverse effect on our existing customers.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Company's offce located
at 2953 N. Governent Way in Coeur d Alene. The application is also available for
review on the Commssion's web site ww.puc.state.id.us Case No. BCS-W-08-01.
