Water company seeks to expand territory
Boise - The Idaho Public Utilities Commission is seeking comment on a proposal by Bar Circle
S" Water Co., of Hayden Lake to expand its service territory by 65 acres to provide domestic
water service to approximately 13 five-acre lots.
The developer of the property, Raymond V audreuil of Hope Realty, has agreed to pay all line
extension costs of about $73 860.
The Kootenai County water company serves about 145 customers.
Those wishing to submit comments must do so by no later than Jan. 18. Comments are accepted
