I appneciate you taking the time to give the Commission notice of your intention to form a
non-profit business or water co-op. As you are aware, w€'ve been eagenly awaiting youn neply
comments befone submitting AWW-W-13-01 to the Commissioners for a final decision. You
understand that this process cannot be delayed indefinitely based solely upon your stated
intention. In order to discontinue this process and determine that Acme is no longer under
the jurisdiction of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, we need you to provide any and all
relevant information regarding your stated intention to re-form your business as a NFP
corponation or co-op and negister with the Idaho Secretary of State as such.
