This letter is to noti$ 'The Ridge' property owners of the water hook-up status and
availability provided by Acme Waterworks.
The available water hook-ups for lots already sold are reserved for lot owners at the
current rate of $7000.00 per unit until February 28,2011. On March 1,2011 water hook-
ups will be made available on a first come, first serve basis. This will allow water hook-
ups to be sold to future lot buyers.
Every effort will be made to provide water and water hook-ups for all properties in 'the
Ridge' development at Schweitzer Mountain. As future need arises Acme Waterworks
will attempt to expand the water system with the understanding, by all parties concerned,
that there is no guaranty of locating water in future drilling.
The purpose of this notification is to recommend the purchase of water hook-ups now, as
there is a limited supply of hook-ups available and future expansion is unknown at this
time.
When hook-ups are purchased, there is a stand-by fee of $24.00, due monthly until your
dwelling is connected to the water system. Once connected, the fee is currently $48.00 per
month. These are current rates and are subject to change.

availability provided by Acme Water Work.
Water hook-ups are available for your lot(s) unti! March 3L,20L2. As of April L,2OL2,
existing water hook-ups will no longer be available. At this time the hook-up fee is 57000.00 per
unit. Once hook-up fees are paid, there will be a S2a.00 per month, per uni! stand-by fee. Once
you connect to the water system the monthly fee will be 548.00 per month, per unit. These are
current rates and are subject to change.
To purchase your water hook-up(s), please send your check to the address below.
Please include your lot and block numbers, your address and phone number. Once we receive
your payment we will send your contract and start monthly billings.
