RE: CASE NO. AWW-W-13-01 FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST
Dear Mr. Price:
In response to your FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST for additional information on
Acme Water Works, Inc. request for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity,
we are unable to meet the submittal requirement date of WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER
25,2013. Although we have been diligently working on obtaining the requested
information, previous commitments for this time period have precluded us from being
able to respond within the brief two working weeks allotted.
Some required information, produced by the responsible engineering firm, is not
available to Acme Water Works due to not payment. No funding is available, at this
time, to bring the engineering firm up-to-date. All real estate within the development has
been repossessed and the only available funding is revenue generated by delivery of
water to the existing customers.
Requested information that is available, is being accumulated and should be forwarded to
the Commission by: OCTOBER 31,2013.
