I am a widowed elderly citizen living on a modest fixed income who really can't afford any
more increases. Right now I an almost maxed out financially. I have to pay $45.00 for sewer
now they want me to put out another $36.00. In order to have water which medication do I have
forget or maybe I could turn my heat down lower than it already is at 65 degrees. I realize
you can. t control the sewer but maybe just raising it to $20.00 a month would be a
better solution. Thank You Joyce
