Open Water Cases
To Whom It May Concern:
I happen to own one of the properties on this system and I fmd it deplorable that they are
trying to raise the rates by such an outlandish amount. Please record the fact that I object
to this. Any increases should be tied to the cost of living index.
It is one thing for someone to try to make a profit off of the water and sewer projects, but
this is totally ridiculous.
