According to the application, the current owner, Larry Neu, is selling the system to Paul Greenwood of Chatsworth, Calif. for $177,000. Although he lists a primary residence in California, Greenwood also works in Bonner County where he owns three community sewer systems.   The application states that ownership of the business has been transferred to Greenwood and that the new owner does not intend to ask for a change in rates and charges for services at this time.   Those wishing to submit comments must do so by no later than Aug. 16. Comments are accepted via e-mail by accessing the commission’s homepage at http://www.puc.idaho.gov/www.puc.idaho.gov and clicking on "Comments & Questions."
