To Whom It May Concern:
The Idaho Public Utilities Commission requires every public utility to file annual
reports each year with the Commission consistent with Idaho Code § 61-405.
The annual reports are due by April 15. Two blank copies of the annual report
are enclosed for your convenience. Please complete and return one copy to the
Commission. The second copy is for your records.
If you are unable to file your annual report by April 15, the Commission may
grant an extension of 60 days if you request the extension in writing.
