The company name has filed an application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC)
requesting approval of a rate increase to be effective date. The Company is proposing to
increase overall revenue by $X.XX. (Note: The overall revenue increase = total amount
collected under current rates minus total amount collected under proposed rates.) This
represents an overall increase of X.XX%.
