ITEM OF CONCERN Intermountain Gas Response IGC acknowledges these findings and will reeducate contractors of these responsibilities. Section 6 of OPS 501 – Equipment Calibration, Maintenance, and Testing states that contractors completing work on behalf of MDU Utilities Group (MDUG) shall calibrate/maintain their equipment according to MDUG procedures. Contractors are responsible for maintaining calibration records and providing those records upon request. Additionally, IGC has initiated further action to help ensure our contractors are compliant with the procedure. An MOC has been created to modify the company’s field inspection form to add the verification of equipment calibration when field staff are onsite to perform an internal inspection.
