Dear Mr. Bruce Perkins:

This letter is in response to the letter dated October 22, 2021, alleging one probable violation on the Northwest
Gas Processing, LLC’s pipeline facilities, herein called NWGP.

Item #1 – 199.117 Recordkeeping
Finding: NWGP has no historical drug and alcohol test records as required by 49 CFR §199.117.

NWGP agrees with this finding.
This being a lack of records violation, NWGP cannot create those previous records but will in the future keep
and maintain the records required under 199.117.
