COMES NOW Donald Sorrells, Applicant, and files the following response to the
Petition for Review, etc.
1. It appears to the Applicant that the IPUC has been diligent and fair in
applying the law to the facts in this matter. Applicant believes the prior IPUC decisions
and actions have been correct under the law.
2. Applicant declines to address the substance of the Respondent SPU’s
latest filing, unless asked to do so by the Commission. Applicant views the

Respondent’s actions, both now and previously, to be frivolous and unreasonable and
without foundation in law or fact and filed to harass the Applicant rather than promote
the ends of justice under the law.
3. Applicant relies primarily on his previous pleadings, briefing and
Declarations.
WHEREFORE, Applicant believes the latest actions by SPU should be dealt with
summarily and an appropriate Order entered by the IPUC.
