COMES NOW, The lndustrial Customers of Idaho Power hereby waives service of all
process including pleadings, documents and any other papers in this matter that are not relevant
to the ldaho Power Company specifically or that do not generically impact Idaho Power. The
ICIP recognizes this is a multi-utility docket and in the interests of efficiency and to avoid
unnecessary filings will limit service upon the ICIP to just those pleadings that impact of the
federal tax code revisions on Idaho Poweros electric rates and cost of service.
