The Idaho Conservation League (“ICL”), by and through its attorney of record, Matthew
Nykiel, requests permission to file an attachment to the comments it submitted in regards to
Intermountain Gas Company’s (“Company”) 2019-2023 Integrated Resource Plan (“IRP”).
After submitting ICL’s comments on April 23, 2020, it came to my attention, early on
April 24, 2020, that I had failed to include an attachment of the Company’s Responses to ICL’s
Production Requests, to which I referred in ICL’s comments. This was an oversight on my part,
for which I apologize to both the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”) and all the
Parties in this case.
Although the deadline to submit comments on the Company’s IRP was April 23, 2020,
ICL respectfully requests permission to file an attachment to ICL’s comments, which includes a
copy of the Company’s Responses to ICL’s Production Requests. ICL further requests the
Commission accept this attachment (a copy of which is included with this filing) into the record.
