The Idaho Conservation League ("ICL") and the NW Energy Coalition ("NWEC)",

Intermountain Gas Company's Petition for Reconsideration. Further, we do not intend to
participate in the reconsideration process outlined by the Commission in Order No.
33789. We do retain the right to file comments on any proposal that arises from the
reconsideration process.
