Dear Ms. Jewell:
In response to the Idaho Public Utilties Commission's June 27,2008 Notice of ModifiedProcedure in Order No. 30586 in the above-captioned proceeding, the Northwest Industrial Gas
Users (NWIGU) respectfully submits its comments for the Commission's consideration,
NWIGU was granted intervenor status in this proceeding in Order No. 30577. Since that time,
NWIGU has been able to address its members' potential concerns regarding this fiing with
Intermoumain Gas. Accordingly, NWIGU wishes to advise the Commission of this resolutionand its support for the approval of Intermountain's filing.
If additional issiies or revisions are brought forward in this docket, NWIGU
respectfully reserves the right to make additional comments.
With the hard copy original of this filing, NWIGU is submitting an original and seven
copies of the Northwest Industrial Gas U sets' Comments for fiing in the above-referenced case.
