Walmart Inc. (“Walmart”) submits this brief letter in response to the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission’s (“Commission”) order dated July 6, 2023, and in response to the Settlement
Testimony in the above referenced matters. Walmart respectfully requests that the Commission
approve the stipulation and settlement filed with the Commission on June 14, 2023 (“Settlement”).
Walmart will not be filing rebuttal testimony.
