AVU-E-23-01 and AVU-G-23-01 Avista Corporation’s 2023 General Rate Case Dear Ms. Noriyuki: Idaho Forest Group (“IFG”) submits this brief letter in response to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission’s (“Commission”) order dated July 6, 2023, in the above referenced matters (the “Order”). IFG supports, and is a signatory to, the stipulation and settlement filed with the Commission on June 14, 2023 (“Settlement”). IFG respectfully requests that the Commission approve the Settlement pursuant to the agreed upon terms and will not be submitting direct testimony. In the event other parties submit direct testimony opposing or proposing modifications to the Settlement, IFG reserves the right to submit rebuttal testimony on July 26, 2023, in accordance with the Order.
