Matthew Gerhart, pro hoc vice, in this case.
Mr. Cerhart certifies that he is an active member, in good standing, of the bar of
Colorado, that he maintains the regular practice of law at the above-noted address, and that he is
not a resident of the State of ldaho or licensed to practice in ldaho. Mr. Gerhart has not been
previously admiued under Rule I.B.C.R.227 . However, Mr. Gerhart is submitting a separate
motion for admission pro hac vice in the proceeding regarding Rocky Mountain Power's
application to change depreciation rates, Case No. PAC-E-18-08.
