Travis Ritchie, pro hac vice,in this case.
Mr. Ritchie ccrtifies that hc is an activc mcmber, in good standing, of thc bar of
California, that he maintains the regular practice of law at the above-noted addrcss, and that he is
not a resident of the Strate of Idaho or licensed to practice in ldaho. Mr. Ritchie was previously
