we have approximately 1,000 members who are redentia cusomers of Avia in Idao.
In addition to reprenting the intere of residentia cusomers ICL ha an intere in
expadig energ efficiency and conservtion in Ida. As the only potentia intervenor
in thi prodig adting for investments, rate degns, and rate spreds spifcaly
intended to fuly incentivie energ efficiency and conservtion, ICL brigs a unique and
vauable persive to thi proeedig. Beus thi Commison ha died al utilties
to puue al cost effecive efficiency and conservtion meaur ICls interention wi
not unduly broden the iss in thi proeedig.
3. ICL intends to fuly paicipate in thi matter as a pa. The natur and quaity
of IClsintervention in the proeedig is depèndat upon the nature and effec of other
evdence in thi prodig. If necss ICL may introuce evidence, be hed in
arent, and cal, examine, and cross-examine witnes ICL intends to seek
intervenor fundig puruat to IDAPA 31.01.01.161-165.
