This Intervenor, the Clearater Paper Corporation is a customer of A vista Corporation ("A vista") and receives electric and natual gas utility services from A vista pursuant to TariffI.P.U.C. No. 28 (Electnc) and TariffI.P.U.C. No. 27 (Natural Gas). Clearater Paper Corporation claims a direct and substantial interest in this proceeding in that its rates for service from A vista wil be affected by the outcome of this proceeding. 3. This Intervenor intends to paricipate herein as a par, and if necessary, to introduce evidence, cross-examine witnesses, call and examine witnesses, and be heard in CLEARWATER PAPER CORPORATION PETITION TO INTERVENE - 2 argument. The nature and quality of evidence which this Intervenor wil introduce is dependent upon the nature and effect of other evidence in this proceeding. 5. Without the opportity to intervene herein, this Intervenor would be without any means of paricipation in this proceeding which may have a material impact on its electric and natual gas rates and the terms and conditions of such service. 6. Granting this Intervenor's petition to intervene will not unduly broaden the issues nor wil it prejudice any par to this case. WHEREFORE, the Clearater Paper Corporation respectfully requests that this Commission grant its Petition to Intervene in these proceedings and to appear and participate in all matters as may be necessar and appropriate; and to present evidence, call and examine witnesses, present arguent and to otherwise fully paricipate in these proceedings.
