PETITION TO INTERVENE OF
IDAHO FOREST GROUP LLC
COMES NOW Idao Forest Group LLC ("Idaho Forest") pursuat to RP 72-75
and petitions to intervene in the above matter, and in support thereof, respectfuly shows
as follows, to wit:
i.
Idaho Forest is a limited liabilty company organized and existing under the laws
of Delaware and authorized to conduct business in the State ofIdaho. Idaho Forest is
engaged in the business of growing, haresting and processing trees and forest products.
Idaho Forest is the successor corporation to Bennett Forest Industres Inc., an Intervenor
in Case No. AVU-E-08-0L.

II.
Idaho Forest is an electrc service customer of the Applicant tang service under
Applicant's Schedule 25-Extra Large General Service-Idaho. Idaho Forest's facilties
are located at Grangevile, Idao and consist of a lumber miling and processing
operation. On an anua basis, Idaho Forest consumes in excess of 23,000,000 kWh of
electrcal energy, at a cost of over $1 millon. Accordingly, Idaho Forest has a direct and
substantial interest in this proceeding.
III.
Idaho Forest desires to paricipate in ths proceeding with ful rights of a par to,
if necessar, introduce evidence, cross examine and paricipate in hearngs or oral
argument. The exact quatity of evidence to be introduced canot be stated at ths time,
but Idao Forest's paricipation will not unduly broaden the issues or cause delay.
