At the termination of the technical hearing in the above-referenced matter, I
epres~nted that I would file Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho
Petition for Intervenor Funding by today. This commitment was based on a
tjIisunderstanding on my part as to the dates of the public comment hearings being

conducted in North Idaho. My client needs additional time to compile all related costs
for inclusion in the petition.
Based on comments made by other attorneys during the hearing, it is my
~sumption that CAP AI will be the only party seeking intervenor funding. Furthermore
tl1.e Commission s fmal order is not due for several weeks. I have spoken with Lisa

N ordst~()m who does not see a pro blem with a request by CAP AI for an additional ten
